1. Our Code of Conduct.

2. Prerequisites. 

Technical requirements: You have a device such as a computer, tablet, or iPhone with a camera and microphone, internet, the free software ZOOM, and email. The right to the training place exists only after a binding registration and payment of the participation fee.

 

3. Contents. The "EMPOWERMENT BAMBOO" subscription can only be booked as a unit for one year. It includes weekly podcasts, monthly workshops and one annually Congress. There are no costs for travel or accommodation. Free registration is required for each workshop and for the Congress.

 

4. Copyright.  The learning materials are for your personal use only and must not be duplicated, shared, or otherwise used. This restriction is significant as it involves the copyrights of third parties who proactively penalize violations and can impose significant fines. Deutsche Gartenakademie has informed you in writing about this matter to protect you from inadvertent misconduct.

 

5. Subscription and Cancellation. The subscription is designed for one year minimum and will last as long as you do not cancel it. You can cancel your subscription online at any time after the end of the year.

 

6. Dates, Duration. We recommend additional learning times for our learning materials, your self-study and any kind of buddy or team work .You can choose a slower or faster pace; there is no time limit on course access. You will gain access to the course immediately upon purchase and payment receipt and can start with the recorded events immediately. They are available online 24/7 and can be accessed and viewed as often as desired. 

 

7. Time Zones. The exact time of the event is based on your personal time zone. The time-slots given on the Website are for Frankfurt/Berlin Germany (CEST). Please use a time-converter to find out your time zone and time slot. 

 

8. Access and registration. The access code for ZOOM for the workshop and for the Collaboration Congress will be sent to you separately via email shortly before the event starts. It is therefore nessesary, that you register for each workshop and for each Collaboration Congress. 

 

9. Speakers. Our experts, guests and speakers come to our events free of charge to share their knowledge and story with you. Please share your appreciation and respect by coming to the events on time and being interactive. The organizer reserves the right to involve other expert speakers and to find a suitable replacement if the invited experts are unable to attend due to illness or force majeure.

 

10. Payment Terms. The subscription costs €2-10US Dollar including VAT. The participation fee is paid by credit card or Paypal. We have decided to offer three different prices for the subscription in order to meet the different monetary values and living conditions in the world. Thank you for appreciating our work and supporting us.  If one pays more and the other pays less, we can do it!

 

11. Support and gift for a beloved or anonymous person. If you would like to cover the cost of a subscription for someone else as a personal gift or as anonymous support, please contact us at [email protected] Thank You!!

 

11. Self-Responsibility. The participant is aware that our events sometimes also involve self-exploration and personal transformation. It is assumed that the participant is mentally and physically able to participate in such training and takes full responsibility for themselves. The participant releases the organizer and the instructor from any liability. Please inform the organizer in advance about any impairments or illnesses to enable solutions in advance if necessary.

 

12. Disclaimer. The organizer is not liable for personal or property damage, internet outage as well as the loss of private property within the framework of the event. The liability of the instructor and/or the organizer is limited to intent and gross negligence. Other claims for damages against the organizer or instructors do not exist.
